🧦 One lonely sock — whereabouts of its partner remain unknown
😴 Several hours of sleep, last seen after “just one more chapter”
📝 A perfectly good bookmark, replaced by an old receipt
🧠 One train of thought, interrupted mid-chapter
💰 A little spending money, last spotted suspiciously close to a bookstore

📚☕ FRIDAY CHAPTER CHECK-IN

Alright, book friends… I’m still reading The Sixth Demon, but we’ve made some serious progress! 😂

I’m currently on page 618 of 775, which means I’m almost 80% of the way through, with just 157 pages standing between me and the finish line.

My goal? Finish it this weekend. 📖🤞

Will that actually happen? That depends on whether life cooperates with my very important reading schedule. 😆

If you need me, there’s a good chance I’ll be curled up somewhere saying, “Just one more chapter…” for the tenth time. Please bring coffee. ☕😂

📚☕ THURSDAY BOOKSTORE CONFESSION…

Book friends, I have a confession.

There are certain books on these virtual shelves that I’ve picked up, admired, read the back cover, and seriously considered removing from inventory because… well… I want to keep them for myself. 😂

Nobody warned me that running a bookstore would require this much self-control.

Apparently, “But I own the bookstore!” is not a valid reason to keep all the books. 😂📚

The struggle is real.

So today I need to know…

Remember Demogorgon?

Well, somebody stopped by the virtual shelves and decided he was coming home with them! 💛

So this morning, he’s getting ready for the trip to his new home — book checked, bookmark tucked in, a little extra surprise packed, and padded mailer standing by. 📦✨

There’s something pretty special about watching a book go from patiently sitting on our shelves waiting for its reader… to being carefully packed up for someone who chose that exact story.

And yes, apparently even Demogorgon gets an adorable little send-off around here. 😂
