We can't say for sure... but we're pretty convinced our tents were the real celebrities at the Grainger County Tomato Festival. 😂⛺

Congressman Tim Burchett and WVLT's Kyle Grainger just happened to stop and take a picture in front of one of our tents. Then WATE's Lori Tucker and Bo Williams just happened to film a segment underneath another one.

Coincidence? We think not. 😏

Looks like our tents are becoming East Tennessee's hottest photo and video spots! Thanks to the Grainger County Tomato Festival for letting us be a small part of such an awesome event. 🍅❤️

It's been a busy week for us at Volunteer Tents & Events!

In just two days, our crew set up 15 tents, hundreds of tables and chairs, and pipe & drape to help get everything ready for the Grainger County Tomato Festival and Access-Life . Today, we're adding one more tent for a beautiful wedding, and then it'll finally be time to catch our breath... at least until teardown starts next week! 😅🎪

Access Life holds a very special place in our hearts. As parents and grandparents of a child with autism, we've attended this event for many years. Being able to help set it up now is something we're truly honored to do.

We know how much events like this mean to the special needs community and the families who attend. We're incredibly thankful for ministries like Access Life that create a place where everyone feels welcomed, included, and celebrated.

Thank you to everyone who trusted us to be a small part of making these events happen. We appreciate every opportunity to serve our community and can't wait to do it all again!

🇺🇸 Red, white, and BUSY! 💪☀️🥵

We've officially entered our "survive until after the 4th of July" era! 😂 And with these East Tennessee temperatures, we're pretty sure we're melting faster than the ice in our coolers.

Today we delivered tables and chairs and put up 3 tents, including this huge 30x90 pole tent for a wedding, and tomorrow's schedule is packed with even more tents and deliveries. Our crew is running on hard work, iced drinks, and a little bit of holiday magic!

If your backyard BBQ is missing a few tables or chairs, don't panic just yet—we still have pickup times available! Give us a call before they're gone, and we'll help get you ready for all the 4th of July celebrations!

We spent today getting a tent set up for the Jefferson County Fair, and it really gets us excited for what's coming. We love being a small part of events that bring our community together.

If you don't have plans next week, make some! Head out to the Jefferson County Fair, July 7–11, and support an event that's been bringing families together for years. Grab a funnel cake (or two 😄), enjoy the rides, check out the livestock and exhibits, and just have a great time with family and friends.

As a local family-owned business, we love seeing our community show up for events like this. We hope to see lots of familiar faces out there. Have fun, make some memories, and don't forget to support local! 🎪❤️

The past year has been a journey!

As many of you know, Volunteer Tents & Events has continued to grow, and with that growth came one big challenge... we simply ran out of room! Over the last year, we've been searching for the perfect building that would give us the space we need to keep expanding our inventory and continue providing the service our customers deserve.

Well... we finally found it!

We're so excited to announce that as of July 1st, Volunteer Tents & Events will officially be operating from our new location:

📍 510 E. Broadway Blvd., Jefferson City, TN

Right in the heart of Jefferson City, our new location is still conveniently located to Hamblen County and all of the surrounding counties we proudly serve. We're committed to continuing the same reliable service you've always counted on—just with a lot more room to grow!

This move means more space, more inventory, and even more exciting things are on the way. Having a larger facility allows us to better organize our growing inventory and continue adding new rental options to help make your events even more special.

We couldn't have reached this milestone without the incredible support from our customers, friends, family, and community. Every rental, every recommendation, and every kind word has helped make this dream a reality.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our local family-owned business. We're excited to welcome you to our new home and can't wait to continue serving Jefferson City, Hamblen County, and all of East Tennessee for many years to come.

One of the best parts of what we do is getting to be a small part of events that bring our community together.

Today we were out at Morristown Landing getting everything set up for this year's Volunteer Valley Comic Con , and we couldn't be more excited! The Comic Con team has been wonderful to work with, and we're thankful they trusted us to help make this event happen.

If you're looking for something fun to do this weekend, grab the family and head out to Comic Con on Saturday and Sunday! There will be amazing cosplay, awesome vendors, special guests, and plenty to see and do for all ages!
