A message regarding the latest Covid-19 concerns.

To All of Our Customers, Friends and
Associates,

In an effort to protect our clients, technicians and families, Gershey Appliance is taking the following precautions. Daily temperature screenings of all employees, facial masks are being worn at all times and gloves are being used when the job permits. We are also disinfecting our equipment, tools and incoming parts.

We ask that our customers also wear a mask for the duration of time that our technicians are in your residence and maintain a socially distanced minimum of 10 feet at all times.

Please be advised that appliance pick-up and drop-off is by appointment only. Please call our office to schedule an appointment. Masks are required when entering our building.

The health and well being of all of our clients and staff is our top priority. We thank you for your patience, compliance and support concerning these matters during these very difficult times.

We wish you a happy holiday season and we pray that you stay safe and well.

Here at Gershey appliance, our customers are very important to us. Like you, during these last few weeks we’ve been focused on doing all the things we need to do to keep our families safe and healthy.

We’re following guidance about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak from federal, state and local agencies, including the CDC and other health organizations. We are continuously monitoring the rapidly evolving situation.

Here are the steps we’re taking to protect our customers and employees:

In our office shop

Cleaning commonly used high traffic areas.
Computers and telephones

For Our Employees.

Encouraging our Employees to closely monitor their health and well-being
Encouraging our employees to follow the CDC’s suggested hygiene practices to reduce the spread of the virus
Sanitizing in between jobs.
Periodically wiping down tools
Asking our employees to stay home if they, or someone in their household, are sick
Suspending non-essential business air travel and business meetings.

Our technicians are using hand sanitizer before entering and after leaving your home and have disinfecting wipes in all the vans. As always we appreciate and value your business.

Dishwasher Detergent

Remember that most dishwasher detergents have a “shelf life”. If you find a fantastic deal on it, that might mean it’s getting old. It will still work but maybe not as well. If you have us out for service, remember to ask your technicians for your free sample of dish washer tabs… And also stainless steel conditioners. (While supplies last)
