🍂 Do I see peeps of Fall? 👀

It may still be August, but little touches of Fall are starting to sneak into The Refindary... and you know what that means.

Our Fall Open House is coming!

We’re already working on the Fall Reset, and over the next few weeks you’ll start seeing more warm woods, autumn color, vintage finds and all those cozy little things that make Fall so good.

Oh look at this pretty piece 😍 that Krazy Crow Primitives is featuring in their booth. I really like the idea of this on the porch right now for the rest of summer and I can just imagine it with a pitcher of lemonade and cookies. Okay, I haven't had breakfast yet, so I am a bit hungry. 😁 I also can see this transitioning nicely into Fall with all the pretty oranges, reds and browns, with mums around the base. Can you see it? How would you dress this piece if it was on your porch? Let's hear your ideas.

We love when our vendors come in for a little refresh in their spaces. I never know what goodies they have found out in the "wilds" and what they are willing to part with in their booths! 😆. If you have not had a chance to check out this mother and daughter duo, be sure to make your way upstairs to the big room and spend some time in the amazing space packed full of vintage goodness! The Craft Snob group love what they do🥰. It is fun to see their excitement when they are bringing in their new treasures.

I love a slow and relaxed Sunday in the shop and today feels like that kind of day. Perfect restful day to skip yard work and go explore your favorite vintage shops. Make The Refindary Vintage Market one of your stops today. I am here until 3 pm and feeling the need for the great chats I get to have here on Sundays. 😁

Hello August, but seriously, summer needs to slow down just a little. At least give me a few more longer days to spend out there finding cool things for the shop, or for me 😁. My walk through the booths this morning has me wanting to buy everything and redo my entire house. Uggg, the struggle is real.

There's just something about uranium glass... 💚
Made by adding a small amount of uranium oxide to glass, these beautiful pieces became especially popular in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Under a black light, they glow that unforgettable bright green that collectors can't resist. ✨ It is definetly one of the showstoppers and conversation starters in the shop.

That's the magic of vintage treasure hunting.
One minute I am looking at a hand-stitched sampler, the next corner, it's a pair of sassy geese, falling in love with a jadeite bowl, remembering Grandma's kitchen scale, or spotting the perfect piece of art for that empty wall at home.
Every booth has its own story, and every visit is a little different. That's why we always say... if you see it today, don't count on seeing it tomorrow.
We're open today from 12–3, and we'd love to see what treasures you discover.
