The original will get to enter the golden phase of Retirement while we welcome some STUNNING new additions to the brand line. These are truly a wonder. We have been growing them secretly in the back and WOWZA! We are IMPRESSED! We can't wait to see what magic this brings to your patios and yards. The Moonlight Collection is great for hanging baskets, container and landscape application. It is trailing and absolutely glows as good if not better than the original. Love writing for this publication.

For a while, it seemed like every town in America had three things: a coffee shop, a CrossFit gym and a craft brewery making an IPA that tasted vaguely like pine needles and regret.

Demand was booming. New breweries were opening everywhere. Taprooms were packed. Investors were excited. Growth felt inevitable.

Then consumers did what consumers always do. They changed.

Some shifted to cocktails. Some moved to hard seltzers. Some drank less. Some found other ways to spend their money and weekends. The beer wasn’t suddenly bad. The consumers weren’t suddenly bad. The assumptions were. The breweries that struggled weren’t necessarily making an inferior product. Many were operating under assumptions that were no longer true.

Our Outside the Lines columnist Jennifer Moss, CEO of Moss Greenhouses, has been wondering if horticulture is facing a similar moment.

Not because gardening is dying. Not because consumers have fallen out of love with plants. And certainly not because our industry has forgotten how to grow great products. But because some of the assumptions we’ve been carrying around for the last several years might deserve a second look.
