Tommy Rocks carries strings by Daddario, Martin and Ernie Ball for acoustic and electric guitars, bass, mandolin and banjo.
Some of my friends say, "Oh you've gotta play 12s or 13s on an acoustic to get a good tone." I've never really believed that, because I get my great tone from playing a great guitar through great LR Baggs pickups into a great Godin amplifier : ) Music guru Rick Beato put together this video which will explain everything. He's done a great job of comparing extra light, light, and medium gauge acoustic strings. For you acoustic players out there, you definitely want to watch this video.

As a professional musician, I've always chosen .010 - .047 strings for my acoustic and electric guitars. Some of my friends who are professional musicians give me grief for playing extra-light strings, but since I play well over 100 shows a year, as well as teach music and play at home in my studio, my fingers thank me at the end of the week.
