The Silent Window
A quiet gift left near the door,
No heavy steps across the floor.
You didnât knock, you didnât stay,
But softly turned and walked away.
My heart had pulled its curtains tight,
To sit in silence with the night.
**I needed space, I needed stillâ**
A quiet hour against the chill.
But through the dark, your kindness shone,
A bridge that said Iâm not alone.
I saw the care, I felt the grace,
Left gently in that empty space.
Thank you for the love you brought,
The tender, distant, saving thought.
You let me breathe, yet held me closeâ
**The quiet acts are noticed most.**
THANK YOU đĽ°
