I'm running behind this morning, I had to go get a few tests done at the clinic in Ames this morning.

I want to give you an update on my recovery from surgery. I'm still on a restricted lifting, pushing and pulling of 10 pounds. All of my stitches are doing good but it still a struggle to bend over and I'm still a little sore. Obviously still is way the hours are shortened yet so I don't over do it.
Thank you all for the prayers, texts, calls and messages. I'm truly blessed to have so many friends 🧡
