Hope everyone had a great weekend! I made the 4 hour adventure down to Wichita Packing this morning and we are all stocked up on top quality meats. We have briskets, baby back Ribs, St. Louis Ribs, cheddar/jalapeno sausage, wings, and tri tips in stock.

On a side note we will be closing early (at 3PM) tomorrow, Wednesday 07/29. Kate and I are taking her Dad and the boys to a White Sox game.

We had a chance to get out and support another small, local, independent business today. Kate and the boys went down to Algonquin to check out Fifi's Creamery and it did not disappoint. They even brought me one of their summer lemonade and it was AMAZING! Make sure to go check them out!
