We offer refunds on your purchases. In order to receive a refund, please email us prior to returning your item(s) so we may discuss your refund. The following refund conditions apply:
If you feel the item you received is "not as described" in the original listing, please email us with a photograph of the item you received: Once we review the photograph, and if we determine that the item is not as listed, we will instruct you to mail the item back to us in the original box with all included packing material, within 10 days of receiving your item. Once we receive the item we will issue a full refund via Etsy including the postage it costs to send it back to us. If the item is damaged due to shipping: For all glassware items, please send photographs of the item, packing material and shipping container within 7 days of receiving the item. We must have these photos to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Also, please keep all the packing material, box etc., the shipping carrier may ask to see how it was shipped. This is important as the shipping carrier may deny the claim if they are unable to inspect the shipping materials. Once we receive the photographs, or item, we will issue a full refund via Etsy. For all other items, please send the item back in the original packing material and box. Had a change of heart and really don't want the item you purchase? Please send the item back in its original condition (how we sent it to you), with tracking information, and we will refund the price you paid for the item less the original cost of shipping the item to you. If there are issues with the return or if items are damaged in transit due to improper packing/shipping we will be unable to issue a refund. For item(s) returned to us as non deliverable: We will refund the price you paid for the item less the original cost of shipping to send you the item. All of the items in our Etsy shop have been found at auctions, liquidations, garage sales, estate sales, consignments stores or online. All of our items are vintage or antique and are at least 20 years old. Due to the nature of the items we sell there will be signs of wear and in some cases damage. Smoking in homes was common place back when most of our items were originally purchased, so some items may still have a smoke smell to them. We try to fully describe our items and point out any flaws or defects. If you have any questions or concerns about this item please let us know prior to the purchase. Customer service is important to us and we take pride in making sure each customer receives the item they purchase without damage. If you have received the item and have found damage, please contact us right away. Make sure you save the box and all the packing materials to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
