🤠 Friday Humor/ weekend challenge Fair & Rodeo Survival Guide edition
The 95th Annual Blanco County Fair & Rodeo is here, and the Precinct 1 Constable’s Office would like to offer a few helpful tips for the weekend.
Before leaving home, make sure you have:
✅ Your wallet
✅ Your keys
✅ Comfortable boots
✅ A healthy appetite
Because fair food has a way of turning:
“I’m just stopping by for a few minutes…”into:
“Well, I guess one Lions Club hamburger won’t hurt.”
…followed by a second Lions Club hamburger, a funnel cake, ice cream, and a promise to start eating healthier on Monday. 😄
We would also like to remind everyone that a trip to the Blanco County Fair is part community event, part family reunion, and part catching up with people you haven’t seen in a while.
The current record for hearing:
“Hey! I know you!”
is believed to be every 15 feet. 😂
Last and finally, a public safety warning:
We strongly encourage:
🐎 Watching the rodeo
🎡 Enjoying the fair
👨👩👧👦 Spending time with family
🍔 Supporting the Lions Club hamburger stand
But we do not recommend:
👢 Wearing brand-new boots to the fair for the first time.
Many have tried….
Few have succeeded !
Have a great weekend, support our youth exhibitors, enjoy the rodeo, eat a Lions Club hamburger (or two), and make some great memories at the 95th Annual Blanco County Fair & Rodeo.
Be safe this weekend, Blanco County!
