After reviewing the information, we can confirm that the incident described did not occur at Oakdale Commons in Johnson City, NY. The post appears to be fictitious and references Johnson City Mall, a separate shopping center located in Bristol, Virginia.

At Oakdale Commons, safety and security remain a top priority. We maintain a dedicated Johnson City Police Department office onsite, officers are present during operating hours, security cameras monitor the property inside and out.
