Legislation update: The vote for has been pushed back until April 8th (Tuesday).

We’ve listed the Representatives for Washington Co & Greene Co (he is the sponsor of the bill) as those two on the bill are the closest to our store. If you are a customer and live in surrounding counties, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

This isn't a joke! Today at 3PM CST our side gets to speak and testify at the Full Finance, Ways, and Means Committee in the TN House of Reps. Contact your Representatives this time. This fight isn't over, The full House Floor Vote could come as early as next Monday (April 7th). Thank You to Senator Yarbro for calling out this bill for what it is - a Big To***co handout and Va**ng Industry Takeover. He voted No on SB763 and thank you to Senator Lamar, Senator Oliver & Senator Bowling that voted against this bill as well. All we have are our voices as citizens & constituents. So let them hear your experience & why these products have changed your lives & your families lives! Even if you don't v**e now or you never have v**ed, you have a friend or family member that does! Remember what these reps & senators have done with our industry that voted for this. Work to change & find representation for We the PEOPLE of our Cities & Towns. Remove those politicians from power that fight for the Big Corporations - Big Corps who happen to fund their campaigns for re-election. Thank you all again for your support. This isn’t just a tax on v**es. They want to ban pretty much every v**e on the market minus products owned by big to***co. Which are Vuse, NJoy & Logic. And they are only to***co and menthol. All v**e shops in Tennessee WILL close if this passes! And for everyone saying they’ll just go to Virginia, they already passed a similar law and it is set to go into effect in December.
