Employee Spotlight: Meet Lauren! 🌟
Lauren is one of the talented pharmacy technicians behind the scenes at Jones Drug—and if you have picked up a compounded prescription lately, there is a good chance her attention to detail helped make it happen!
She is a nationally certified pharmacy technician, specially trained in pharmacy compounding, and has earned her PCCA compounding certification. Lauren has been with Jones Drug for just under 1 year, and has quickly become an important part of our pharmacy family.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Lauren has a genuine passion for compounding and the precision, problem-solving, and creativity that go into preparing customized medications. She is also an Eagle Scout, so drive, discipline, and dedication are nothing new to her. She brings those same qualities to every compound she prepares and every patient she helps.
Outside the pharmacy, Lauren enjoys live music, spending time around the water, and cheering on her dock-diving dogs—who may be the only members of the family with more energy than she has! 🐕💦
