The World Doll Day give away has ended. 26 free dolls were given away.
The donation to St. Jude was at least $26 from The Dollhouse. Some free doll recipients insisted on putting additional contributions in the jar, so we actually have about $50 for St. Jude. $200 has already been sent to St. Jude from this doll collection.
Of course, without David and Billy I would not have been able to do the give away. They set up the tent, table, and the chair. They displayed all the dolls, and then took everything down again. So a great big thanks to David and Billy with a big hug and a kiss for each of them. Also an additional thank you to them for the rehanging of my shelves after the air conditioning was replaced.

Thanks to all who stopped by and selected a doll.

There are still many available for free with a $25 purchase in the store.
The Dollhouse will contribute $1 for every free doll taken. If you don’t wish to make a purchase you may select a doll for a contribution to St. Jude.

Saturday, June 13, is World Doll Day.
On WDD Saturday The Dollhouse will be giving away free dolls, no purchase necessary. Come in and choose from a select group of dolls. Hopefully there will a tent set up outside, but if the weather is bad the event will take place inside. Info: 423-753-0022

The July 11, 2026 doll show has been canceled. The Visitor’s Center has decided to renovate the auditorium, where our show takes place, during the time we had booked the show. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but this situation is out of our hands.
Thank you for your patience and we hope to see you all in October.

The Dollhouse has received a bunch of older dolls. There are Alexander, Effanbee, Ideal & some unmarked…hard plastic, vinyl, compo, porcelain.
These dolls will be sold for a donation to St. Jude Research Hospital. A few have minimums, but most are what ever you want to give.
Also new to the store are 6 Danbury Mint Kewpies which are not part of the donations. They have been previously displayed but appear to have all accessories and certificates.
