The senate already approved it, if the house votes yes it becomes law. This will remove ALL consumable h**p products from the marketplace, even grandma's CBD she uses for arthritis pain. Contact your house representative and tell them to vote no on HB 328, we've moved too far forward to take this big of a step back.

North Carolina is facing a h**p apocalypse if the state's House votes in favor of HB 328. Notably, the bill expressly prohibits CBD, and any other non-delta 9 THC molecules, in h**p-derived consumable products. Yes, you read that right. This bill is a disaster.
