Starting tomorrow, Briley’s has new hours!

We’ve heard from a lot of you who wanted more time to stop in after work, after dinner, or while you’re out cruising Route 66 — so we’re shifting our hours and staying open later!

Tuesday–Thursday | 2–8 PM
Friday & Saturday | 2–9 PM
Sunday & Monday | Closed

More time for evening ice cream runs, specialty sodas, floats and sundaes. ❤️

To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the classic movie Cars, the 66 Drive-In Theatre in Carthage, MO will be hosting an event on Labor Day weekend! Come out to support a 66 landmark, and be sure to stop by the Route 66 Association of Missouri booth!

🍷 What a night at Briley’s! 🍷

Last night’s WineShare was a HUGE success! We welcomed more than 50 people through our doors for an evening of great w**e, great conversation, lots of laughter, and a whole lot of fun.

A very special THANK YOU to Sparklight and the Joplin Downtown Alliance for making events like WineShare possible and for everything they do to bring people together and support our downtown businesses. We were thrilled to be part of it!

This is exactly what we hoped Briley’s would become, more than just a place for ice cream, specialty sodas and Route 66 goodies. We want it to be a place where people come together, visit, laugh, and make memories.

And last night, that’s exactly what happened. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out and spent part of your evening with us. Seeing Briley’s filled with people having such a great time was pretty darn special.

Tomorrow is the day! ❤️

We will officially open the doors to 66 Roadside Welcome tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m.

As part of our opening, we’ll have a few special limited-edition “First 66 Days” items available, including our first magnet and sticker designs, along with our opening sticker.

These pieces were created to celebrate the very beginning of 66 Roadside Welcome — our first chapter, our first travelers, and our first 66 days on Route 66 in downtown Joplin.
