Just wanted to get on here real quick and tell you all how much I truly appreciate the kind words and support you’ve shown us over the last week. ❤️
It has definitely had me thinking deep and hard about things.
At the end of the day, I truly hope you all know that I would never intentionally send out a bad product. We take a lot of pride in what we make, and we do our best to prepare everything fresh and with care. I also understand that sometimes circumstances happen. Fruit is a natural product, and unfortunately, even when we do everything right, things can occasionally happen that are beyond our control.
The reason I started doing this again as a side hustle was never just about making money. I wanted something that would allow me to be more present for our kids and still do something I genuinely enjoy. Monday, they could definitely tell something was bothering me. Even though I didn't want the situation to get to me, I found myself constantly checking my phone, reading every message and every comment.
The biggest thing I need to remind myself is this: I can't make everyone happy, but I will always do my best to make things right. I want every customer to leave happy and feel confident enough to come back to us again and again.
We're not here just to make a quick buck and never see that customer again. We truly value the relationships we've built with so many of you over the years.
