SPA & BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Part-Time | 19 Hours/Week
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys beauty, fashion, skincare, wellness, retail, and creating an exceptional client experience.
Skin & Body Aesthetics Integrative Wellness & MedSpa is looking for an individual that is professional, highly organized, takes initiative, and is comfortable working independently in a beautiful boutique and spa environment.
✨ THE ROLE
This position will help oversee the day-to-day front-of-house experience for both our boutique and spa.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and welcoming clients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting boutique customers with purchases
• Operating the boutique and assisting with sales
• Merchandising and maintaining beautiful displays
• Stocking and organizing inventory
• Packing online boutique orders
• Social media management and marketing for the boutique and spa
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the boutique and client areas
• Assisting with general day-to-day operations
• Packing distribution orders for our other business during downtime

• Comfortable with social media and digital platforms (strong knowledge of FB & IG required)
• Interested in beauty, aesthetics, skincare, fashion and wellness
• Able to transition easily between customer service, retail and behind-the-scenes tasks
Experience in retail, customer service, spa/beauty, social media, merchandising or marketing is preferred.
A polished, professional appearance and a genuine interest in the beauty, aesthetics and wellness industry are important for this role.
✨ A POSITION WITH VARIETY
This is not a traditional desk job.
Your day may include welcoming a spa client, scheduling an appointment, assisting a boutique customer, merchandising new arrivals, creating social media content, organizing inventory, preparing an online order, or helping with other operational needs.
During slower periods, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that help keep our boutique and spa beautiful, organized and growing.
✨ SCHEDULE
Part-Time | 19 Hours/Week
Thursday: 11 AM–6 PM
Friday: 11 AM–6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–3 PM
There is potential for additional hours and expanded responsibilities as the business grows and the right candidate becomes an integral part of our team.
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
