Hi folks,
I'm Tim, the JCMArmory webmaster. I'm aware of errors some people are getting if they go directly to "jcmarmory.com" - the homepage.
It will show an error mentioning Cloudflare and the JCMArmory server. If you encounter that, you should be able to visit all pages EXCEPT the home page. Example: https://jcmarmory.com/contact-us/
And from there, you can visit the store pages. Just avoid going to the homepage/clicking the JCM Armory logo in the top left.
It seems to be about 10% of people. We recently migrated from one server host to another. But I'm being told that this was happening before we migrated, which complicates the problem.
So I am doing what I can, as fast as I can, to pin it down and fix it. Sorry, I am not a full time web developer. I have a lot of game dev experience and native app experience (iOS/Windows Desktop etc). Less website experience. So I am learning as I go here. We will nail this down soon.
If you are someone running into these error pages loading our homepage, if you could possibly give me the following info, it might tell us what's happening:
Open your browser "Dev Tools" on anything but a phone. Phones cannot do this.
Go to settings, and search for "more tools ---> developer tools". Or something similar to that. It will open a very technical looking panel. Look for the "network" tab somewhere near "console".
Open that, and keep it in focus. Then navigate to jcmarmory.com. Look for a red/error network request, and copy everything you can from that error. Including the error message, and maybe even right click it and "copy as curl", and give me that huge chunk of text.
