Unscented laundry powder was the first Wallowa Valley product I started using, and while I noticed that our clothes were looking great, my husband noticed something else: his post-workout gear, some of which he's had since college, didn't stink anymore. The enzymes in the laundry powder had accomplished what other cleaning products couldn't do, and eliminated years of built-in stink. And while all the scents are lovely, because we used unscented detergent, we can be confident that the smells aren't just being hidden.

I can't walk down the cleaning aisle at a grocery store without getting a headache. Switching to unscented laundry products helped keep the headaches out of our home--and as a side benefit, I can really tell my laundry is clean (no aggressive smell of spring breezes is covering up lingering stink!). Most of our products, from laundry detergents to floor cleaners, have a fragrance free option. And if you still want scented cleaners, we offer products that are delicately scented with essential oils rather than overpowering chemicals.

We got a puppy a few months ago, and I am forever surprised at the messes she creates. I'm using our stain and odor remover on the daily, and it works for potty accidents, mud tracked in from the backyard, snack spills, and stinky puppy smells. And: it doesn't have the nose-burning chemical smell many other enzyme cleaners rely on, and is safer for the environment.

Every Wednesday is clean sheets day at our house. We used to use laundry pods, which are convenient and cute—but I’d often find them tangled in the sheets after the wash cycle, sticky and not fully dissolved. And even when they did dissolve properly, our sheets smelled chemically instead of fresh.
