The past few months have been really busy here in Stripes by Trish land, lol.
I am just realizing that I have been forgetting to post, so I will be getting to that shortly so you can see what I have been up to.


*Symco was great this year, the weather was perfect and the crowd was amazing as usual.

*This week, we are gearing up to head to Mississippi Mayhem.

I did some jobs in the middle of all of that, worked on some stock to take along to Mayhem and many other things.

I am extremely thankful for all of you!

I have some neat new ideas for the upcoming holiday season as well.
Once I iron out the details, I will be sharing the fun!

I did have one custom order, but didnt make it back to pick up their item. I am hoping someone can help since I lost the contact info.
I did a small lunch box for an older gentleman. The lunchbox said "Weston". We waited and didn't see him come back so I brought it back home with me. I will be at Mississippi Mayhem in a couple weeks or message me if anyone has any details.

We are safely back from Symco and have hit the ground running. It was a great Symco show, as usual and the weather was great!
I was able to get some pictures of custom items painted at the show. I did, however, miss some. So if you dont see your item, feel free to post!

Thank you to the friends that stopped and visited and to the new friends we made last weekend. Thank you also to everyone that bought something from us or had me paint something for you!

We are off to Symco tomorrow....wowza!
We have had several issues and hiccups along the way these past weeks in preparation, but we will make it!
I have a pile of stuff to bring along including things to paint while we are there. Stop in, say hi and drop off things to have painted! (The sooner the better)
The weather looks to be promising....or atleast better than last year, so I will take it!

We are ramping up for a busy August and September! I cannot believe we are nearly half way through the Summer.
Upcoming events:
I will be at Symco Weekender in the swap meet area and Mississippi Mayhem in the vintage Market area.
Spots fill up fast to get striping done at the shows, so contact me now to get a guaranteed spot set up! So many of you have done this in the past and it has been so awesome!
I will be working on prepainted items to bring to those shows too!

My main reason to learn to pinstripe was to be able to create my own items like purses, earrings, and art on our vehicles.
Now after striping for others over the past years I still had yet to have a pinstriped purse, lol.

I decided my goal this year was to have more of my work to use in my daily life.
I recently took some of my favorite vintage purses and pinstriping to them....I have several favorites, but these are the first of many to come!! I am excited to use them! These vintage bags started out being original and unique all on their own, but now they are even more special.
