Bri's Fudge and Stuff Bri is my name, fudge is my game! Let me know how I can fulfil your fudge cravings! A few months ago, I decided to try my hand at making fudge.

Apparently, I'm pretty darn good at it! I really enjoy trying new flavors, and combinations. Especially flavors you don't typically think of when you think "fudge." I hope to help make all of your fudge dreams come true! I'm currently working on a menu, but just because you may not see a flavor, doesn't mean I can't make it for you upon request!

My first attempt at using ganache. Not too bad, but can definitely be improved. If I had to give this cake a name, it would be Chocolate Covered Strawberry. It's a with between the layers. on the outside of the cake. Topped with and of course, It was so good!
