Juicernet located in Jupiter, FL and in business for nearly 40 years selling commercial juicers and pineapple corers throughout North America is seeking an energetic, experienced full time Sales and Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will have the ability to "self-start" and work independently as well as part of a team in a small office environment. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are looking to find a candidate who has a similar belief.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to wear many hats and communicate at various levels within and outside of the organization and have a high degree of ethics and integrity. Creativity is needed to collaborate on various marketing and sales presentation projects. This role is responsible for both generating sales and performing various marketing functions including, but not limited to:
• Develop and manage marketing initiatives including website, social media, print, PPC, email, etc.
• Marketing campaign analysis and optimization to ensure monthly and annual sales are achieved.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to increase sales lead generation.
• Stay abreast of latest trends in marketing both online and offline and utilizing best practices.
• Coordinate and organize all aspects of all trade shows; contracts, booth design, designing and printing of marketing materials needed, coordination of shipping items, etc.
• Respond to dealers and overflow incoming sales request; prepare initial response to interested prospects; work with sales team to follow up on leads
• Update marketing materials/documents, public relations and marketing resources such as website, brochures, etc.
• Conduct market research on the industry
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Provide product, service, and pricing information to dealers and customers
• Familiarity with CRM software for sales; experience with Zoho a plus.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in a B2B sales environment
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to close sales via the phone
• Familiarity with social media apps utilizing the tools and resources for implementation on various platforms
• Assist in management of existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management
• Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro is a must!
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
• Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm with ½ hour for lunch
