Thanks also to Call WADE mowing, W**d Eating and Licensed Sprinkler Tech (940-442-7749) for volunteering to mow the grass to ensure it’s as short as can be for the season!

Today was the most unusual experience I have had in the 45 years I have been involved with fireworks. And I thank God no one was injured!
My family was a distributor to fireworks stands in TX and OK and I ran my first fireworks stand at 6 and I’m 52 now.
I missed high school summers because I was working fireworks and hated them the majority of my life for that reason. However, in my later years I love seeing the delight of families enjoying fireworks!
I love meeting the customers and interacting with them!
We don’t do this as a life support, we do it to provide us the extras to take care of our families but the joy of it is interacting with our customers! They have been such a delight and have gotten to know us since we have been here.
Today the RV beside our stand burnt down. IT WAS NOT DUE TO FOREWORKS! In fact there has not been a firework set off in the neighborhood!
It’s NOT the greatest marketing material for out stand, but we couldn’t be more overwhelmed by the love of this community we have been in for the last 7 years!
People that don’t even know us have come by to offer help! We think we live in a bad world and there are bad things that happen, but this experience has taught me that the majority ARE good!
I hate to ask, but we need help. We need a certified electrician to come out and inspect the electricity pole before it can be used again. Any takers?
