Tradition Coffee hit a new milestone: passing 100 batches of coffee roasted on our IR-12 in one week! 🔥 🫘

That’s 2,000+ pounds of coffee! 😳 ☕️

And we couldn’t do it without Tim: our head roaster and in-house coffee encyclopedia. Mahalo Tim, for all that you’ve done and will continue to do as our roastery grows 👍 🧡

Tag a friend who would help you drink this huge cup! ☕️

According to Guinness, the record for Largest Cup of Coffee was set in June, 2019, at Parque de Bolivar, Caldas in Colombia. The city then went on to host the largest coffee tasting, with 1559 participants. Talk about a cupping!

Since then, the record was broken in 2022... in León, Guanajuato, Mexico one cup held an incredible 26,939.22 liters of brew!

Have you noticed the ornamental paddle recently added behind the bar at our café? Brian and Tradition Coffee Roasters were presented this honorary symbol of partnership by Jose "Pep" Tablada on behalf of the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation.

Taking a closer look at the paddle, you'll see the core symbols of the Reconnaissance community beautifully engraved onto the wood:

The Dive Mask/Regulator: Representing the community’s elite combat diving and amphibious capabilities.

The Jump Wings: Representing their airborne and parachuting proficiency.

The Recon Crest: Featuring the parachute, wings, and combat diver to signify the complete mastery of land, sea, and air reconnaissance.

A plaque at the bottom reads: "Thank you for your support of the 2026 Marine Reconnaissance Gold Star Family Retreat. Never above you, never below you, always beside you!"

It is an absolute honor to serve the foundation's annual Gold Star family retreat on O'ahu and to keep these incredible families and individuals fueled with fresh coffee throughout the year.

Sourced from the highlands of Corquín, Honduras, this smooth medium roast brings all the easygoing vibes of a backyard cookout or a sunset surf session. In the cup, it’s clean, balanced, and effortlessly drinkable—brewed hot for an early morning beach walk or poured over ice to cool down.

Tasting Notes: Nutty cacao, earthy black tea, dark red fruit, and a sweet finish.
Origin: Corquín, Copán, Honduras
Process: Washed, Organically Grown
Elevation: 1700 masl
