please don't make the biggest decision of your life while listening to the worst version of your mind.

I've been in the hospital for attempts and I've received the most painful information about losing a friend.

I don't mean this selfishly when I say there is no pain that compares to losing a loved one to su***de. Maybe I haven't lived long enough to truly know, but the never ending questions eat at my heart and sometimes it really does feel like the grief only gets heavier.

I can't save you from the unwavering feeling of needing to escape this lifetime, your body, your mind or your circumstances, but I can offer space to feel and resources for finding therapy, outlets and community that has your wellbeing in mind.
