Power update: Saturday evening a group of homeless people decided to take a stab at electrical DIY by tapping into a power line in the ground. Unfortunately, their skills didn't quite match their enthusiasm, and they ended up killing most of the power to the complex. Consumers, ever the paragons of promptness, say they won't be able to restore our power until Monday. So, we'll be closed for the rest of the week, no racing on Saturday, and we're keeping our fingers crossed for a Tuesday reopening.

Hey, folks, we're still powerless, so don't expect us to open until 4 p.m. today. However, we're itching to get some action on the dirt oval, and we're planning a few laps this afternoon. We'll have some nitro cars and Traxxas modifieds running, so bring your oval classes and let's get this track broken in. If you show up before me, feel free to get the party started.
