One of the most asked-about flowers in our bouquets is Bells of Ireland.

Their tall, fresh green spires add height, texture, and that wild, garden-gathered feel I love designing with.

They’re one of those flowers that people rarely notice until they’re tucked into a bouquet… and then they can’t stop asking, “What is that green flower?”

At first glance, they almost don’t look real. Their papery petals feel crisp to the touch, and unlike most flowers, they keep their color and shape long after they’re cut.

Strawflowers are one of the hardest-working blooms on our farm. They thrive through Montana’s summer heat, add incredible texture to bouquets, and dry beautifully if you’d like to keep a little piece of summer long after the season ends.

They’re one of those flowers people don’t always notice at first… until they do. And then they become a favorite.

You’ll find fresh, locally grown strawflowers mixed into many of this week’s bouquets in the flower stand.

TWO KAYS// There’s something magical about flowers that are grown where your memories are made.

These blooms stood through a rainy Glacier wedding day… and five days later, they were still beautiful enough for a rain-check photo session in the park.

BLOOM// Gladiolus

Every season there’s one flower that surprises people.

This year, it’s gladiolus.

Most of us remember them from our grandparents’ gardens—tall spikes standing proudly along a fence line. But today’s varieties are anything but ordinary. We grow dozens of colors, from soft buttery yellows to rich corals, peaches, creams, and dramatic burgundies.

Each stem opens from the bottom up, so your bouquet changes a little every day. As new florets bloom, simply remove the spent ones and enjoy the show for well over a week.

They’re one of my favorite flowers to grow because they’re both elegant and unapologetically bold.

If you’d like to take a few home, you’ll find fresh bouquets stocked daily in our self-serve flower stand.

TWO KAYS// Baby boy has officially decided to keep us all waiting a little longer.

Until he decides it’s time, you’ll find Mom and I doing what we’ve always done—wandering the flower fields, harvesting whatever is blooming, and filling the stand with bouquets.

Farming has a funny way of teaching patience. Flowers bloom when they’re ready, and babies arrive on their own timeline.

For now, we’re soaking up these last quiet days before our family changes forever. 💛

BLOOM// Moonlight Solidago ✨

Most people hear the word goldenrod and picture bright yellow roadside flowers.

This isn’t that.

Moonlight Solidago grows soft, creamy plumes that catch the evening light and add an airy, cloud-like texture to our bouquets. It’s one of those flowers you may not notice at first, but without it, an arrangement feels like it’s missing something.

We grow it because it brings movement, softness, and that just-picked-from-the-garden feeling that we love.

Every stem in our bouquets has a purpose—even the quiet ones.

TWO KAYS// As the sun begins to slip behind the mountains and the flowers glow in the evening light, we’ll gather around a long table in the field for one of our favorite nights of the summer.

Our Farm to Table Dinner quietly sold out, but we’ve decided to open a few additional seats beneath the blooms. On August 8, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal by , dessert by Bakes and Cakes by Brie, beautiful styling by Luxury Wedding Planner | Sarah , and photography by Glacier National Park Elopement & Wedding Photographer, with a special welcome courtesy of Montana Beer Burros .

It’s an evening designed to be lingered over—good food, fresh flowers, warm conversation, and the kind of summer night you wish could last a little longer.

Only a handful of seats remain, and once they’re filled, the table will be complete. ✨
