We are excited to offer a new class: Beginning Tinkercad

This will be a 3-hour class that will walk you through everything you need to start desiging your own files in Thinkercad. We will start by creating a free account, learn how to create and manipulate shapes and end by preparing your first project for printing in the slicer of your choice.

Class will be September 15, and cost is $40. Reserve your seat at ECW3D.com.

I survived 2 weeks away from the store. I came back just long enough to meet the newest giga-sized creation.

Don't get too excited to stop in and see me yet though... Bill and I are both leaving town tomorrow. Michele and LaVance will be running the store while we are away. Visit them. Ask questions. Buy ALL the things ;-) We will be back on Monday.

If you are attending any fairs, festivals, concerts or other events where there are small businesses set up as vendors this summer, please show them some love.

Hopefully their booths look inviting and they are the right mix of personable and inviting - but if not, don't judge them too harshly. A LOT goes into just being there, and it isn't all fun and games. Days are long and the summer heat is real! If you are able to support a local artisan or small business with a purchase, please do. And if a purchase isn't in your budget - thats ok. Kind words and a social media like, comment or share go a long way.

If you'd like to learn more about what goes into a vendor day - please ask. We've been doing events for 5 years and are happy to talk about it.

We got to be part of a special anniversary celebration this week! Our friend Steve commissioned a custom UV printed tile and it turned out so good. It looks like an oil painting, but came with the speed and durability of modern UV cured printing.

Atchison, you celebrated Amelia's 126th birthday in style! This was our 5th time at this event, and we appreciate that you keep invting us back.

We didn't snap may pictures on Saturday, but we did see some great smiles when our giant ptaradctyl and morel mushroom went to their new homes! We'll leave you with a pic of the Morel hiding in the wild.
