It is Sunday. Most people have Monday off since it is Labor Day. Take the time today or tomorrow to reset yourself. By doing this, you can prepare for a great week.

1. Look at your schedule. Write down all your time commitments. Put them in writing so you know where you need to be.
2. Meal prep. Get as much done in advance as possible.
3. Set out your clothes for the week.
4. Gas up your vehicle or make sure there is money on your transportation pass.
5. Notate the night before everything that you will need for the next day. Try to set it by the door you leave by.

Make it a great day.

Let’s talk Transaction fees. With the cost of everything, you need to start watching your bills. Companies are starting charge extra for various things.
Paying by card, paying by checking, paying cash, being 1 day pawt the due date. More and more companies are trying to charge you for everything. You need to make sure what exactly you are paying for.

Transaction fees are costs charged to a business or consumer to cover the expense of processing a payment.
How Fees Work
Percentage rate: Most processors charge 1.5% to 3.5% of the total purchase amount.
Fixed per-transaction fee: A flat amount (like 10¢ to 30¢) is often added to each swipe or click.
Interchange fees: The card-issuing bank takes the largest share (70% to 90%) of the total card processing cost.
Typical Costs by Payment
TypeCredit cards: Highest cost due to rewards and interchange rules.
Debit cards: Lower processing cost than credit cards.
ACH / Bank transfers: Lowest cost option, though funds settle more slowly

Alright everyone, especially those on Medicare. The next few months are going to have some BIG changes. Several companies are either leaving the industry all together or certain states/counties. Also, the ones that are staying. Are doing HUGE price increases. Make sure that you pay attention to what is happening or you could be without healthcare or paying a lot for it. This also goes for employer sponsored retirement healthcare.

Also, Part D is going to face a huge increase. A lot of the subsidies have been taken away.

Make sure you pay attention to what comes through. You get a lot of junk mail, but go through it. It could save you from not having any healthcare.

Do you know where your meat comes from? With all the talk about the lab cultured meat, imports from Argentina, possible meat from wild horses it is hard to figure out what is safe and what isn’t. The best way to do that is to buy directly from the farmer.

On average, for the 5 pd chicken that you just bought in the store for $7, the farmer made roughly 25 cents. The rest is for all the middle men. Getting directly from a farmer you know what the animal ate, what conditions it was raised in and the money goes directly to the farmer and not anyone else. Let’s keep agriculture alive

Can you believe fall is happening? Where did summer go? So now is the time to start making things happen. Let’s get our routines, house and life into shape. This is the time to reset your life and shed the things you no longer need or want. Figure out if there are any repairs that we need to get scheduled before winter.

Let’s do this

September is right around the corner. I always remember my mom taking this time around school starting to reset herself and our home for fall. The next few months are super busy and trying to keep ahead of school schedules, work, house and just everything is hard. Take the time this week to reset for a better you and everyone around

1. Fix your sleep. Your sleep is key to everything. Sleep helps keep your mental and physical health in check. Make sure that you are getting enough quality sleep.
2. Get your routine back in shape. As summer happened we let things slide. Time to get it back into gear to make sure you get it all happening. This way you can make sure that if you need to get things fixed before the holidays, you can get it done.
3. Quit one bad habit. Summer lets us be slack in what we do. It isn't a bad thing, but now is the time to, again, get it into gear so that we can make sure that we are in the best shape for the holidays.
4. Clean your space and mind. It is time to get rid of things, both physical and mental so that you don't drag a lot of things into the fall/winter.

Make sure that you are on top of your game and be ready to make things happen

So with all that is happening in the world I have been thinking. I know I am being dangerous.

I feel that there is so much that the people in charge don’t want us to know. Also, how those same people want to keep us indebted to the man. So now we need to take the time to start taking back out lives and start researching what needs to be done. I will be throwing things out there and hoping that you all will learn together.

With everything in the news about food safety, how much everything costs, violence, it makes you not want to watch it. Did you ever wonder, if that is the way it was planned. I am not a conspiracy theorist, but they put on all this anxiety producing news and then you don’t want to watch. It is like they want to not figure out what is happening in the world. Social media reports new, but people just think it is social media. No one fact checks anything anymore.

Today let’s start figuring out what is happening in our society and start taking back control. We need to do it for ourselves and the future of our loved ones.
