Infrared heat is the same heat used in hospitals to warm premature babies. The infrared spectrum consists in of 3 wavelengths – near, mid and far. Each wavelength provides different health benefits.

You can, of course, try any of our teas and tisanes hot. But we also have a selection of cold-brewed teas available each day, and we can make many
of our teas iced.
