TOO TIGHT AND TOO BAGGY?! 😂 Y’all, I’m gonna need somebody to send me the rule book for dressing at 48 because apparently I missed a chapter. 🤣

One day it’s…

“Too revealing.”
“Cover up.”
“You’re too old to dress like that.”
“Those belong in your daughter’s closet.”

So I cover up and now it’s…

“Too tight.”
“Too baggy.”
“Too long.”
“Not flattering.”

MAKE. IT. MAKE. SENSE. 😂

Apparently at 48 there is a very specific amount of fabric I’m allowed to wear and I have yet to locate the handbook. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

But here’s the thing…

If you spend your life trying to make everyone happy, you’ll change yourself a thousand times and someone will STILL find something to criticize.

So wear the shorts.
Wear the baggy pants.
Wear the fitted top.
Cover up. Show a little skin.
Wear whatever makes YOU feel good.

Because life is way too dang short to let strangers on the internet dress you. 🙌🏼

And if 48 is “too old” to wear something I love… well, I guess I’ll just have to be 48 and inappropriate. 😂💁🏻‍♀️

It’s giving “I have my life together” while still basically wearing the comfiest thing possible. 😂 And the flare pants?! I fear they’re making a comeback in my closet.
