Dance healthy means fueling my body with the same intention that I bring to every performance. Whether I’m cheering during Game Day, teaching young dancers, or training for my next opportunity, hydration and proper nutrition allow me to perform at my best, recover stronger, and show up consistently. Dance is more than movement, it’s confidence, discipline, and joy. Staying healthy means taking care of my body so I can keep doing what I love!
