Menards ( Kansas City North location off Green hills Rd. ) has several different outdoor clearance plants ! At least a few days ago they did. They're not all on clearance racks either, just pick them up to see as marked 🥳

Your reminder that a planter doesn't always have to be a planter. I thrifted this oblong strainer for these Pentas flowers, and it worked SO well.
I was also looking for something that would fit inside the blue planter box. Plus, you can't go wrong with already existing drainage holes 😉 For $2.49 this was perfect and checked all the boxes ! The more you thrift, upcycle, and get creative ... The more money you have for more plants 🙌
I was also super lucky to find a variety pack with different colors. I love them, and bought them because the blooms remind me of the star shaped blossom clusters on a hoya plant. But beautiful on their own of course. And they are pollinator attractors too 🐝 🩷

My local Kaw Valley Greenhouses currently has everything half off 🙌 ❗ Chances are any close to you will be having the same sale because they are getting ready to wrap up for the season.
Mine had a ton left - flowers, tomatoes, a few other veggies, succulents, pottery and more. Inside the tent where you pay they also have some house plants and smaller size cacti and succulents. The picture doesn't show everything but I did good ! And pictures also don't show everything they had, but there was a good selection.
* The website has a store locator.
I have shopped with them for years.. and they have the best, healthiest, and most hardy plants ! Lots of unique varieties too. But hurry before it's too late !
