I always ask guests during my chocolate-making workshop if they have plans for the remainder of the day.

Sometimes, they do not have plans and ask me for suggestions.

My Number One suggestion is always watchiig the sea turtles at Poipu Beach Park at sunset.

We always takes our family and friends visiting the Garden Island to Poipu Beach to watch the turtles come in from the ocean for the evening. It never gets old for us.

But be respectful of the Honu. Keep your distance. Avoid flash photography. Remember, you wouldn't want flashing lights in your face when you're trying to sleep.
