Meet Erika King, holistic health practitioner, teacher + someone we’re really happy to be welcoming into our SolRising community.

We actually first met Erika last November at an East Forest concert, and it’s pretty fun to look at how things have come full circle since then.

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to bring Erika into SolRising for Cacao + Breathwork. The response from everyone who joined us was amazing, and it was one of those experiences where we knew pretty quickly we wanted to do it again.

What’s been really fun about getting to know Erika is realizing just how many different things she has to share. She has more than 20 years of experience in holistic health, and this Saturday we get to experience another piece of that when she joins us for Introduction to Ayurvedic Medicine + Nutrition.

We’re still getting to know Erika + all the different pieces of what she does, and I think that’s part of what makes having her here exciting. There’s still so much for us to explore together✨

Meet Jenni Davel, yoga teacher, creator + one of the people who has become a special part of our SolRising community through our monthly Yoga SolRetreats.

Jenni is genuinely one of the most calming people to be around. She’s thoughtful, creative and has this peaceful way about her that naturally carries into the spaces she creates.

One of the things I love most about the way Jenni teaches is that she puts a lot of thought into what she’s bringing to a class, but she doesn’t hold so tightly to the plan that she misses what’s happening in the room. She listens, adjusts + lets the practice meet people where they are.

Yoga is also a grounding part of Jenni’s own life and something she loves sharing with others. That creative side of her shows up in other parts of her life too. She co-owns Neenah Electric Tattoo with her husband and is a co-creator of the Mandala Yoga Festival, creating even more spaces where art, people + community can come together.
