Retail Sales Associate – Part-Time holiday help
Pay: $16-20/hour
Hours: Approximately 10–13 hours per week
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and style-savvy Sales Associate to join our boutique team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in creating a beautiful shopping environment, and is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities include:
* Warmly greeting and assisting customers
* Helping shoppers select clothing, accessories, and gifts
* Providing friendly, attentive customer service
* Processing purchases and payments
* Help with social media content/marketing
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store
* Tagging, steaming, and preparing new inventory
* Dressing mannequins and creating merchandise displays
* Assisting with general opening, closing, and daily store duties
Qualifications:
* Friendly, professional, and outgoing
* Dependable with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable assisting customers and making product recommendations
* Retail, sales, or boutique experience preferred
* Shopify knowledge is a plus—especially experience with inventory, product entry, and website management beyond register use
Schedule: Approximately 10–13 hours weekly. Shifts may vary slightly but will typically include closing shifts and every other Saturday.
