Some pearls of wisdom we've learned over the years running a gunshop:

-Happy customers tell 3 other people, upset customers try and tell everyone via google reviews.
-Magazines will always be called clips because stupid people will always exist.
-If you treat people fair instead of chasing slightly bigger profits, they come back as repeat customers
-Stupid people that leave loaded handguns in the carry case even though the case says right on it not to leave a loaded gun in it will 90% of the time insist that the fi***rm is not loaded right before you double check anyway and eject a live round from the chamber because they thought simply removing the loaded magazine completely emptied the gun.
-If you give away free hotdogs on your store anniversary you will always have someone show up to eat free food that insists loudly and flamboyantly how much money they spend at your shop even you know they buy maybe 1 gun every two years.
