🚨 GOOD NEWS FROM SPUR & MAIN 🚨
We are BACK IN BUSINESS!
If you’ve seen all the activity around Coho / Main / KSH, you probably know what’s been going on…
When the City sewer lines freeze or clog, it turns into a community plumbing adventure real quick.
Unfortunately, Spur & Main lost all plumbing for almost 4 days thanks to a blockage upstream in the City system.
For perspective… our building is 14,000 sq ft with 13 businesses, 2 apartments, 11 toilets, showers, sinks, and floor drains everywhere.
Translation: when plumbing stops flowing… things get exciting. 😅
We cancelled vacation, drank heroic amounts of coffee (thanks True Blue Coffee Shops) , and spent several days protecting our tenant property and our building while the City worked through the issue.
BIG shout-out to local help 👏
Sean and the crew at Steam On Wheels LLC were responsive and showed up ready to help even though the issue wasn’t something they could fix.
Sean spent hours troubleshooting, answered off-hour texts, and even swung by early Tuesday on his way to another crisis.
These guys are running nonstop helping businesses and home owners all over town right now.
Although our issue wasn’t anything they could help with (because it was a city issue), we are grateful for them and their trying.
