eclectica : Miami's Green Vintage Home Store + Classroom

03/26/2025

Hi, everyone! 👋🏻 Remember this time capsule home I was lucky enough to help set up for creative use rental? Well, after doing that and helping manage the rentals for a year and a half, the owner has sadly decided to put his childhood home on the market. The first people who saw it, made an offer that was accepted, so I have been tasked with selling the contents in a nerve wrackingly short amount of time 😬 If any of you are interested in seeing the items, watch for more detailed photos in my stories soon. Please DM me for prices if you have a serious interest and can pick up in Kendall, near Baptist Hospital within the next week or 2.

P.S. The buyers are (not surprisingly) going to completely remodel the house, so it is a sad time for sure 😔 and I am trying to soak it all up while I still can…

eclectica turns 17 today! Though the business mostly takes place online these days, I am honored to have the opportunity to help inject some vintage style into your homes. Thank you all for your continued support 🥰

Some incredible generosity to share! in Sunny Isles is providing free lodging for 15 families for a month! If you know any of the residents who could use a place to stay, please share this info with them.
is also collecting donations for each of those families. The goal is $1000 per family. Please give if you can.
Nothing will ever be the same for these families, but feeling an outpouring of kindness from the community is a great first step towards healing.

👋🏻
Hi there! I see some new faces.
Big WELCOME to all of you!
😊
If you haven’t already figured it out, eclectica is a vintage home store in Miami. From Day 1, it has been about “Salvaged Furniture & Accessories for the Savvy Decorator on a Budget.” The warehouse is filled, and I mean FILLED, with vintage goods. If you’ve taken a peek at the Etsy shop, that doesn’t even qualify as a drop in the bucket! 🤦🏻‍♀️
✨
Here’s a list of what’s in here:
Chairs • Tables • Lighting • Wall Art • Frames • Books • Clothing & Accessories • Paper Ephemera • Phones & Clocks • Office Supplies • Kitchenware • Barware & Carts • Decorative Glass & Ceramics • Throw Pillows • Fabric • Toys • Travel Souvenirs • Globes • Suitcases • Wicker • Bathroom & Vanity items • Jewelry • Furniture Hardware • And more...
✨
Pre-Covid, the warehouse was open by appointment only and, for the time being, I prefer to continue with contactless sales. Just shoot me a DM if you see something you like or you’re on the hunt for something in particular. I’ll send photos of what I have or add your item to my customer wishlist so that I can try and locate one for you!
✨
Anyone interested in a shop tour? Or do you prefer seeing things as I add them to the Etsy shop? Leave me a comment to let me know!
Thanks for joining me. Here’s hoping we can work together soon! 🤗
