Summer is coming to an end, but it's time for that great Fall biking! Fall is the best time to ride the trails and see the colors, no better way than from a bike! Along the Delaware River, there is the D&R trail, there is also the Columbia Trail starting from High Bridge, The Henry Hudson Trail along Rt36 to Sandy Hook (try south end from Marlboro to Freehold!) and many others all around the state including our very own Cranford bike path trails.
Get your bike ready for Fall riding with a tune-up and safety check over. Or dig out that old bike in the garage and we'll bring it back to life! Most service can be done in just a few days so you can be on the trails by weekend. A general tune-up is just $55 plus any parts. Bring your bike by and we'll give you a free estimate, you might be surprised!
If your purchasing a new bike online, we can get it correctly and safely assembled for you, you can even have it delivered directly to us, we'll receive and professionally assemble your new bike, ready to ride home! There are lots of great online suppliers. check out Bikesdirect, Bikeshopwarehouse.com, City Grounds, or Schwinn Bikes! Assembly costs vary, usually around $55. Dear Participants,
We are writing to inform you that due to inclement weather forecasted for tomorrow, September 13, the Freedom Bike Ride has been officially canceled.

The safety and well-being of our riders, volunteers, and staff are our top priorities, and the expected weather conditions will not allow for a safe riding environment.

We deeply apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience this causes, and we truly appreciate your registration and support.

Please support our Roselle Park HS Panthers Marching Band! Two great events coming up!
This Saturday August 8th, geat your car washed by the amazingly talented and always smiling RPHS Marching Band members (and parents)! Donations accepted!
Then August 15th is the annual Marching Band community Barbeque! Craft Brothers Seasoning on the grill making their famous seasoned chicken 🙌
Gonna be a great event to help out the Roselle Park Marching Band & Color Guard 😀

The Township of Union presents the 9/11 Annual Freedom Bike Ride on Sunday, September 13th, 2026.

Here are the key details for this year's ride:

Location: Fire Headquarters, 1 Bond Drive, Union, NJ 07083
Start Time: 9:30 AM (Rain or Shine)
Route: A 10-mile round-trip ride to the Echo Lake Park Memorial Site in Mountainside to honor and remember
What to Expect & Rider Reminders:

Free helmets will be available while supplies last.
Water stations will be provided along the route.
Geared bikes are strongly recommended due to the terrain.
For safety reasons, tricycles and training wheels are not permitted.
We would love to see our returning cycling community out on the road with us again.

Get that old bike out of the garage shed or basement and back on the road! A general tune-up is just $55 plus any parts you may need, and covers adjusting brakes, gears and bearings, truing (straightening) your wheels and a complete safety check over.
If you're not sure if your bike is worth fixin' up, bring it by and we'll give you a free estimate on any services you may need, you may be surprised! We're here early mornings for your convenience!
If you're thinking of purchasing a new bike online, you can have your new bike shipped directly to us, we'll receive it, assemble it and even dispose of the shipping crate and packaging.
