As the Owner & Curator of Janies Emporium, I was inspired to create Janie's Emporium on behalf of my late grandmother "Miss Janie". She was a true women of virtue, pride, strength and had a style of her own. Growing up, my father shared many stories of how "Miss Janie" became her own business women by establishing a hair salon, selling real estate and cosmetic products. "Miss Janie" had a light that shined so bright that anyone who knew her would attest to her giving spirit, kind words to others and of course her eloquent style.
