My flare started Sunday night, it was small so I thought it would pass in my sleep like many do. This flare had a different plan, I struggled all thru Monday as I hate being a burden (everyone says I'm not but I do feel like I am) and hoped it would pass during the night. Tuesday morning I woke up to internal tremors but thought I could push thru. Midday I waved the white flag and told Mike I needed IV Fluids to help this flare. It always surprises the nurses and doctors that I can go from very lethargic to just tired with fluids. We still haven't figured out if these episodes are MCAS or another Autoimmune illness but since this is the first in almost a year, I am not that worried at the moment. Hoping that a good night's sleep will give me a better day tomorrow.
