Throwback Thursday! Who remembers this sophisticated and yet simple cowl? The Granite Cowl was originally knit in a now discontinued yarn, but we just got introduced to a brand new yarn with an all natural fibers blend that would be perfect for it. Luxury Pima Cotton x Baby Alpaca by Rico Designs is 55% Cotton, 17% Wool, 28% Alpaca. With 153 yds on each 50g ball, you can make this cowl in 4-5 balls!

There's still time to sign-up for our baby sweater class starting this Saturday!

Sign-up for class first, select pattern next and then select yarn.  Consult the shop for help if needed, we want to make sure you have what you want before class starts. So if a color needs to be ordered, we have time to do that.

Someone lost their needle in the parking lot Saturday or Tuesday. It was found Wednesday morning. To claim, tell is the size and what needle topper was on it.

The first finished Watermark tees have been blocked! Jenni got skeins of Seal Rock from Alexandra while she was here, in 3 dyelots of the same colorway to create a great faded version. We used a 100% silk from stash.

Jenni knit this in Sonnet (60% Merino Wool, 20% Mulberry Silk, 20% Bamboo) and used a hand-dyed Linaza (50% FS Alpaca, 25% Linen, 25% Tencel) for the stripes. Reserve Sport (45% Fine Merino Wool, 35% Silk, 20% Bamboo) or Yakima 85% Fine Superwash Merino Wool, 15% Yak) would also be a good choices. Pattern link in comments.
