Wow. Wow! Holy s**t y'all, thank you so much for making Ain't That Just The Way such a success! I had tempered my expectations because of the economy and the fact that this was my first market, but you guys TURNED UP and I am genuinely so grateful that I could cry.

And big shout out to Emma, who won the raffle! Your cape and hat will ship out on Monday! Thank you again Sterling for putting together this amazing cape, especially on such short notice!

I know first year markets can be hit or miss, but I'm really excited for Ain't That Just The Way, the market I'm running this Saturday (11am-4pm, Oct 3rd, at MKE Ultra!) nevertheless.

Is it weird to be incredibly proud of the vendor lineup I've assembled? I had little to do with it, but I think that for such a space-limited event, the amount of quality we've crammed in is incredible. I think attendees are going to be thrilled with the amount of quality handmade goods we'll have on offer. I hope this doesn't sound super corpo because I genuinely mean it. There's gonna be some good stuff.

It's gonna be so much fun! Swing by if you have time, maybe enjoy our goofy little photo op and definitely pick up some cute OTGW merch from local artists and makers!

Lainey (they/them) of Slug Inspector is a q***r artist and jack of all trades, using printmaking techniques and textile arts to explore themes of q***r identity and gender expansiveness in the plant and animal kingdoms. They're a firm believer that Fall is not complete without an OtGW rewatch, and take delight in the show's charming characters and absurd settings.
