September at Sallese & Co. is all about giving back. 🎗️💛
This month, we’re coming together as a salon and community to support some incredibly special causes and there are so many little ways you can help.
🪨 ROCKS FOR MADDIE
Our talented in house artist, Jan, has been hand painting rocks and has them for sale here at S&C. Maddie is currently battling cancer. Stop into the salon, donate $1, and choose a painted rock. At the end of the month, we’ll be sending all of the love and donations collected to Maddie💕
📚 CHILDREN’S BOOK DRIVE
We’re collecting new or gently loved children’s and YA books through the end of September to donate to the MACC Fund Center at Children’s Wisconsin. Bring a book with you to your next appointment or simply stop by and drop one off!
🍋 ALEX’S LEMONADE STAND
This Saturday during the downtown car show, we’re partnering with Rustic Road to host a lemonade stand benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation! All proceeds will go directly toward helping fund childhood cancer research. 🎗️
✨ MORE GIVING TO COME
As part of its partnership with Children’s Wisconsin, KAPA REP is transforming a night at the theatre into an opportunity to support children and families. Throughout the run, audiences will be invited to bring new, travel size toiletries, everyday necessities that can provide meaningful relief for parents and caregivers who arrive unexpectedly at the hospital with a child. KAPA REP will also welcome Children’s Wisconsin patients and families, along with Make-A-Wish Wisconsin wish families, as special guests of ANNIE, with complimentary tickets and opportunities to experience the magic behind the production.
One dollar. One book. One cup of lemonade. One small act of kindness can add up to something so much bigger.
