Book signing TONIGHT!
We switched it up a bit this week, hosting our book signing tonight from 6 PM to 8 PM at Key West Island Books, 513 Fleming Street.
Please join us for a glass of wine (and there’s rumors of Pilar rum!) and meet Shawn M Dean as he signs his first book in the Michael Bennett series, “Coral Bay”.
A stalled marina project in St John has Michael Bennett leaving Key West and heading to the Virgin Islands to cut through red tape and get the development project back on track. Island politics and corruption complicate the project, as do personal conflicts and loyalties, a budding romance….and murder.

Join us this Friday, March 27 to celebrate the release of the first volume of the Conch House Chronicles, Pit Bulls in Paradise: The dog fighters funeral.
After 3 combat deployments, an Army veteran suffering from PTSD moves to the Keys seeking solice, only to uncover a dog-fighting ring with Russian ties. His love of animals and sense of duty prevails. Yet paradise has it's shadows, and will the fight him first?

Join us at Key West Island Bookstore from 5pm-7pm tonight to meet John Yelverton with his new novel, “Bills”, a thriller surrounding the high-stakes competition of Florida billfishing. “With marlins, money, danger and love on the line, you’ll be hooked!”
This thrilling adventure tale kept me riveted with the excitement of the pursuit, blending fishing details with cultural and historical references of the Florida Keys and the significance of the Gulf Stream. There’s a love interest, and even a bit of humor! Truly a great tale.

I’m so excited to host Nate Whiting, the Accidental Poet, for our book signing tonight from 5pm-7pm at Key West Island Bookstore. His “Whimsey” series of children’s rhymes are delightful! (Think Dr Seuss meets Shel Silverstein) Kids adore these nonsensical tales, and adults love reading them aloud. Each has a special message full of dreams and hopes told through gorgeous illustrations and wordplay.
