Stacie of Stacie Stevenson / Hopesticker took these aura photos of me last month during a weekend of paranormal investigations in Tombstone & seances in Bisbee, Arizona.

The first image was the morning after an intense Estes Method session where I unexpectedly tapped into the energetic currents of the region. I was expecting a human spirit to come through, & instead went on a pretty wild ride.

The second & third images were after a trip to Boothill Graveyard in Tombstone. Stacie instructed me to open & receive the spirits that we had experienced throughout the weekend, and Sadie from The Bird Cage Theater stepped forward. Sadie was one of the most active spirits we encountered, and gave off a mysterious & shapeshifting energy. I could go on for hours about the research I did on her afterwards, but I’ll save that for another day. The last image is as I released her energy & grounded myself, and I actually felt a difference, sort of like when you take a big sigh & release all of the tension in your shoulders.

Four new Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab perfume oils are haunting the House of Spirits:

+ EMF Meter • Frosted glass, cold steel, electric green tea, white amber, bittersweet grapefruit, and a flicker of phosphorescent sweetness.

+ EVP Recorder • A blip of red light: warm circuitry, ambergris-tinged aldehydes, bloody clove, and dark red musk.

+ Estes Method • A raspy voice breaking through supernatural static: black tea, metallic black musk, white pepper, and dried lavender.

+ Spirit Box • Cold electrical sparks, silver static, scorched dust on warm radio circuitry, pale frankincense, white musk, and a thin breath of spectral vanilla.
