Howdy. I wanted to provide an update. At this point we have had a few FFLs report positive inspections and are prepared to move forward with 4473 based suppressor sales to coincide with the arrival of the first batch of suppressors:
To qualify for 4473 based suppressor sales at this time you must:
Provide proof of GOA membership
And meet the remaining 4473 criteria.

I understand that purchasing through silencershop should be enough to qualify for the injunction;
However. I ask that also email proof of current goa membership to
[email protected] on the day of the transfer or before.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate these unprecedented times.

How to purchase:
Please feel free to contact us and we will place the silencer shop order directly for you! And provide information about necessary adapters etc!

If you would like to shop directly through silencer shop that’s also an option.

As a final disclaimer:
4473 based suppressor sales are contingent upon no changes in the injunction or atf statement at the time of transfer and liable to change without notice.

Dear current and prospective customers, what an exciting day! Today, Silencershop has won its lawsuit against the ATF. Silencershop was one of many plaintiffs, including the GOA, SilencerCo, and numerous states, who were instrumental in removing Suppressors from the NFA. We can't wait to provide immediate suppressor pickup with a 4473. However, at this time, we will not be releasing any suppressors without an approved Form 4 until we receive written guidance from the ATF. We are more than happy to place an order and hold your suppressor until such time as things have been confirmed. Please reach out with any questions you may have, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

I am uniquely blessed to have two amazing cerakote companies I work with. For my local guys Mafia customs does amazing work! He finished this PS90 exactly how I wanted it. For my guys who have to ship anyway I can’t say enough good things about sage armory. He turned my 870 into a work of art and expertly color matched my MCX. Check em both out guys!
