Dear current and prospective customers, what an exciting day! Today, Silencershop has won its lawsuit against the ATF. Silencershop was one of many plaintiffs, including the GOA, SilencerCo, and numerous states, who were instrumental in removing Suppressors from the NFA. We can't wait to provide immediate suppressor pickup with a 4473. However, at this time, we will not be releasing any suppressors without an approved Form 4 until we receive written guidance from the ATF. We are more than happy to place an order and hold your suppressor until such time as things have been confirmed. Please reach out with any questions you may have, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
